§ Volume One
The Manifest
Zürich · MMXXVI
A document for those who have already begun to suspect
that the room they are in is not the one.
§ The Premise
You become the average of the five people closest to you.
Most keep the five they were given.
Bondour is for those who choose.
Principle I
Harmony.
Two or more minds, one invisible force.
Harmony is not agreement. It is the disciplined willingness to think in public, to be corrected, to correct in turn — and to remain at the table after the correction.
Without harmony the circle is only a room. With it, the room becomes an engine.
Principle II
Ascent.
Upward motion. Always.
Bondour exists to keep its members rising. The room is built around momentum — every gathering, every introduction, every conversation aimed at the work you would only otherwise reach years later.
This is a circle for builders, founders, and operators. We sharpen one another, raise the standard, and reward the climb itself. The work demands altitude. The room provides it.
Principle III
Honour.
What is said in the circle stays in the circle.
Discretion is not a policy. It is the foundation without which every other principle collapses.
No acquisition. No selling. No recruiting. No leveraging of one against another. The group protects the group.
§ The Lineage
A line, not an invention.
Bondour stands on an older architecture. Its ancestors are named, and known.
Anno
Precedent

Precedent
Zuckerkandl's Salon
Vienna
Berta Zuckerkandl's drawing room
Klimt, Mahler, Schnitzler and Freud in one room without agenda or audience. It became a movement without announcing itself as one.
Precedent
Hill's Master Mind
Distilled from five hundred industrialists
Two or more minds in harmony
The Master Mind was not a committee. An architecture of trust, secrecy, and coordinated thought.
